Flexate UK Shipping Policy

Production & Fulfillment Every item at Flexate UK is made especially for you as soon as you place an order.

  • Fulfillment Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to create your custom products.

  • Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled and is ready to leave the facility, estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days.

  • Europe: 5–12 business days.

  • USA & International: 7–20 business days.

Total delivery time = Fulfillment (2–5 days) + Shipping (3–20 days).

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking Your Order As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey to your door.

Customs & Import Duties If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Flexate UK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please email us at info@flexateuk.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
